Happy Thanksgiving from Memphis

Getting ready for Thanksgiving. Max loves to help me cook and he always insists on wearing his apron and chef hat.

My little Indian.
He had fun celebrating Thanksgiving at preschool.

This year we spent Thanksgiving in Memphis with Dede and Pop. Hannah was there for a few days and it was nice to spend some time with her. Max adores her. It was just the 6 of us for Thanksgiving dinner and it was absolutely delicious! Later that evening Sara's family came over and spent the night. Max had so much fun playing with his cousins!

Max's idea of eating turkey on Thanksgiving is eating these turkey cookies that he and I made together. He didn't take a bite of his meat, but he kept asking when he could eat his turkey (cookie).

He makes me smile just looking at him.

Aunt Hannah played the piano and Max loved it!

Then we all went for a walk outside after our big lunch.
One of Max's favorite things to do there is ride "Big Country" with Pop.

 Playing Play-Doh with Dede

Max had so much fun playing with his cousins. Lily and Andy came over for a while on Friday along with Grandma and Grandpa Kreuser. It was so good to see everyone since it's rare that we all get together.

Doing some more exploring...

...and feeding the fish

Daddy's little golfer. It's never too cold outside to hit some golf balls.

Getting a little snuggle time in with Dede

We had a great, long visit in Memphis and really enjoyed spending time with everyone. It's weird that the next time we visit we will have another baby to take with us. Jude will be here soon!
